Our target is bridging gaps in services and advocacy, especially in areas where government resources or attention may be lacking. Our primary purpose is often to promote the public good and support for communities or causes in need.
Here are some common functions our team are engage in:
- Advocacy and Awareness: All the activities are preannounced and will be made aware of. Some situation often arises to make changes in policies and laws for a betterment of marginalised groups.
- Humanitarian Aid and Relief: Nepal often faces natural disaster a lot. Be it earthquake, flood or landslide. It is essential to keep an eye on far remote areas where no one reaches or hard to communicate. Our focus and attention are more on those affected populations.
- Development Programs: So far, the development being completed are like making up a school ground, school toilets and classrooms on long term project. Among the short-term support are providing school books, dresses, healthcare first aid supplies, computers and laptops.
- Environmental Protection: We are against deforestations. People in rural Nepal are still depended on firewood. Though they are forced to but our awareness to people continues and encourage them to collect only dry branches.
- Human Rights and Social Justice: NGOs often focus on protecting and promoting human rights, including women's rights, children's rights, refugee rights, and LGBTQ+ rights. They may provide legal aid, conduct research, or advocate for marginalized groups.
- Education and Awareness Campaigns: We are working to send volunteers in remote areas to make changes in education, training programs, to raise awareness about the key social issues like environment, gender equality, literacy and many more.
- Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: We often conduct fundraising campaigns, apply for government or private sector grants, and seek partnerships with other organizations to fund their programs.
